When you get to that bridge you will cross it. After you cross that bridge you may burn it!
When someone tells you "it's not done like that" you say "well, it should be" and they say "yeah probably"..... This is your defining moment!
Do you: cross that bridge... burn that bridge...take that challenge and lead? Change is coming and companies that have the good ole' boy mentality - no diversity within their core decision making team, will fail. Every individual is empowering themselves.
